The hotel was well located off the motorway. The man on the desk was super helpful and directed us to the tram stop, where we caught a cheap tram into the centre of Bordeaux for dinner. The room was basic but clean and the bed was comfortable and we slept well. There was a food truck in the car park serving a variety of food. The breakfast in the morning was basic but filling and set us up for our onward journey. We like the Ibis brand, as we know what we are getting. Good value for money, clean and a comfortable night's sleep.

It was nice when I actually got in as the airlock was confusing. I didn't understand it to start with and once I got in the room was fantastic and so was breakfast.

We would like to thank Elisa at the reception for her friendliness and great help to get a bigger room. She did everything to find the best solution for us. Very nice! Also she pointed out the food truck on the terrain for some very good food. Overall she provided a pleasant stay!

Good, decent budget hotel. Clean comfy room with excellent shower and good breakfast. Parking on site and close to the A10 made for a perfect stay.

Great place to stay for those driving from CDG Airport to Lourdes. Clean and comfortable rooms. For those arriving late after check-in hours, they can use the automatic check-in machine (distributor) at the front of the building (airlock).

Very helpful staff! The rooms are small but comfortable given the price. A good shower and secure parking. Location is excellent for the motorway. We took the tram into the city - the stop is less than a ten minute walk.

Very convenient position just off the motorway. We were travelling through France on our way to Portugal. The hotel has secure parking and was overall good value for money.

Hotel staff is one of a kind! Best possible service ever. Since the very first moment we got a smile in our face. We were even sad to leave because we were so happy there. We even got a problem with the bathroom door and they happily moved us to another room in a few seconds. Whenever we travel from Spain to Geneva or back is a must stop! Oh, and the pizza machine from the parking it’s stunning, better than some restaurants!

We missed our connection in London and arrived at 2 a.m. the gentleman who let us in was lovely. The rooms were comfortable, stylish and very clean. The location is perfect! Walking distance to the fabulous indoor market, a buzzing location but a very quiet, peaceful and tranquil hotel. I will definitely stay here again! Great value.
